Payments and Refunds

Our payments are processed through Stripe and all of our products are subscription services. Refunds can be obtained by emailing our contact account at contact@arrayassistant.ai. We are able to refund a payment up to 14 days after the payment for that billing period is made. Our current promotional trial period lasts two weeks, or 14 days. On the 15th day, your card will be charged. If you would like to cancel this service, go to the web dashboard, click the account section, and click 'cancel subscription'.
